(Note: sorry about the formatting glitches) I spent several hours yesterday editing the Ike speech to see if I could reproduce the effect we are looking at: I wanted to find out which version was the ‘base’, the one Ike actually ‘did’. (The scare quotes are because at this point we don’t really know anything about what’s going on.)
I found it was not difficult to take out the stutter, but adding a stutter is beyond my abilities. (My current view/guess is that the stutter was ‘added’ some time ‘after’ the speech, since everyone says the stutter is new; and I am sure it was not there before.)
I’ll add some stills I did in the last few days. I like this one. I’m doing a time lapse on the other camera. This is a 30 sec exposure so Gus had to stay still too. Good dog.
My Mac crashed before I saved the work and I don’t have the patience to go back and do it again. But all I found out, really, is the above. Thing is, if we can show that someone could have changed it later via editing does not prove that nothing spooky is going on. I say this because the consensus is overwhelming that there was no stutter until recently.
A few seconds after the first photo, I stepped in front of that camera, and lit myself with a flashlight.
1) I’ve archived a number of versions too Allan. I find this fascinating. You’re not alone. Its strikes me, along with other possible explanations, a lot like the way crop circles appear quite suddenly, fully formed, almost overnight in that a “technology” creates some reality that we humans really have no way to explain. The temptation to doublethink such things becomes the defence mechanism of choice. But still, the high weirdness of such events stays in our brains at some level and, if we hit critical mass as a species, maybe our collective bs detectors will kick in and somehow these events get revealed. Are these cosmic jokers just playing with us?, humans with secret technologies showing off?, lapses of memory by the human collective?, (that one, as you point out is doubtful/impossible), an army of CIA peons flipping the internet?, (no), the simulation?
2) Well put. As I say, it comes back to memory, since in this case the ‘residues’ could have a ‘rational’ explanation (although the odds that everyone ‘forgot’ that they have heard the stutter before are close to zero). Even though I KNOW the ME is a real case of strangeness, I can’t help but assume that the archived clips will not change. This is my own ‘rational’ doubt surfacing… But truly, if even one changes… wow… altho no one who denies it now will change their mind… I hope I’m wrong on this but I can already hear the cries of ‘You made a mistake in archiving and no one noticed!’

For me, the biblical changes are the best proof, via the sheer number of copies that had to be altered (and some of them are hundreds of years old). The lion and lamb bit. This is proof that it’s not a psyop, not by human spooks. Some of the biblical changes also indicate a sort of evil sense of humor, which is an important clue re the nature of the process. This is important in that it rules out ‘random’ explanations.
3) One of you sent me a great link. It’s a wonderful example (although not a strong example, if you see the difference) of the ME:
You play the video and he’s clearly saying ‘was like a box…’ Yet the headline says ‘is’. Do you really think a FANatic who would go to the trouble of making a web page wouldn’t hear it correctly? Clearly, ‘when’ the person made the page, the line was the ‘old’ ‘is’. The YT video is from 2011, so the page was made ‘after’ that (does anyone know how to check on the date of the page?).

4) A change of subject but interesting… I don’t think or believe, I do know that ISS is fake. Basic physics, hard facts and common sence.

I admit, I don’t know what to think about such photographs yet. How many of them you know closer?
But I know for sure satellites like GPS and Galileo do not orbit Earth. I’d love to know how you know. It is all based on Earth, using ground stations, the signal is reflected from the ionosphere. You phone or navigation has been receiving complete informations how to compute alleged satellites position (ephemeirs). I consulted the functionality with insiders. I find it difficult to believe that ground stations could explain all the GPS uses, and how accurate it is. (Although I don’t rule out satellites being a fraud.)

Sorry, I see insufficient analytical and factual foundations for your far-reaching conclusions. No offence (sic).

I spend many hours to analyze and verify informations in your last three articles. It was necessary for making my mind regarding Mandela Effect. Now I know that most of alleged ME can be 
explained, or at least explained differently. I’ve heard this before but no one who says this gets specific. How do you explain my ‘Sex in the City’ video? All those people misspoke in various awards shows? Or ‘Dolly’s braces.’ Any one of these is maybe explicable, but not all of them taken together. A good writer would never have written ‘No, I am your father’, since it is unclear what the ‘No’ refers to. Same with ‘Life is/was like a box of chocolates’; a good writer, let alone a brilliant one (as in this case), would never mix tenses in a scene of this import. I could go on, but the fact that all the movie ‘changes’ are ‘mistakes’ is a dead giveaway that we are remembering it correctly, and a change has been made. (Christ, Mister Rogers singing ‘this neighborhood’ is impossible.)
BTW, I realized that you already made your mind regarding star visibility in outer space. Despite of fact that I heard only one argument from you, which is better star visibility in higher altitude/below thinner atmosphere. I have no idea what you’re talking about here.

8) I can’t help thinking the ME is a natural phenomenon , caused by jumping timelines and noticed by people who are paying attention . The action of omission by the ptb is a huge indication to it’s existence in my book . The masses are being intentionally kept in the dark and sent down a million rabbit holes that lead nowhere .
Are scientists attempting to interact with timelines ? 100% they are – they told us so. The stage at which this technology is at ? I would love to know. A lot of talk of ‘timelines’ with no explanation of what it is.
8) Physics relates to physical world. Mathematics serves as an abstract tool. In mathematics you can buy 5 apples, than give 7 apples to someone, than buy another 2 apples and left with 0 apples. It is not possible in real physical world.
Time is an abstraction derived from movement/changes in physical world. It does not exist (alone).
Physicists should research observable physical world and than (hey, it’s ‘then’ not ‘than’!) make mathematical abstractions form observation. But they often do the opposite. They propose mathematical theories and try to apply them to the physical world (time travel is nice example). It is… utter nonsence (sic).
9) Allan, ‘Eisenhower’s farewell address’ ME solved. We can go back and look at your comment but it is not solved. You don’t explain the memory problem. How did we all forget seeing/hearing the ‘new’ version with the stutter?
11) Excellent catch Allan. Could be evidence of a staged “live” broadcast with the laterday circulation of a stutter cut as suggested above or another example of the mandala effect. Either way it reveals much. Does anyone have any insight into the presidential speech broadcasting from that era? was It really live or was there a memorex delay to enable “live” editing? It was live and only one take. Other idiosyncrasies prove this.The stutter does make his insightful speech seem amateurish and in doing so discredits his warnings to a certain extent.This is probably the motive here, as in the Biblical changes, i.e., to subtly discredit.

13) I’m old enough to have seen this broadcast address a number of times over the years and I’m certain I never heard Eisenhower stumble at that point. This is the type of feedback we get on the videos as well.
Although I presumed it to have been a live broadcast it’s possible that multiple takes were filmed and an alternate take has been introduced into the public domain. No, only one take. I checked.

14) Yes. Your first possibility is unlikely because everyone seems to agree (it’s early yet on the tally) that they had not seen the stutter before. This is key. Yet there appear to be almost twice as many stutter-versions on YT. It will always come back to this, until we find that one or more of my archived non-stutter clips has turned into a stutter-clip. This is one reason why I put up the videos. (I put up two versions, one with the two clips separated, one with them alternating.)
I also say in this comment that the ME is consistent with Simulation Theory (as are the moon numbers and other phenomena).
15) And yes, I am curious to find out why the writer or editor of your Bible copy is using TABLES (I don’t & wont keep a copy). You are missing the point. The changes are happening in copies that already existed. ‘Editors’ (as in Publisher’s) have nothing to do with it.
When I type ‘stone TABLES bible’ into google, it says > “Did you mean: stone tablets bible” ?…..and there are 78million “hits” for TABLETS, and hardly any TABLES to be seen. This is very significant!
If I was Bible crazy, I would contact the editor, and ask why tablets had been changed to TABLES. Again, you are not thinking here. Again: The changes are happening in copies that already existed.

Allan, could you tell me, what for should I have to look in the bible. What book and which part of it?
You can read the Wiki pages about the development of the videotape recording. Take a look on the old TV shows, which are still available on youtube or sometimes still showed in TV programms. This is digitalized film material not videotape. Even in the 80-s the quality of videotape recording was not that good. Even professional video cameras had a very low resolution which gets worse with every copy. Analog cameras basically scan the projected picture line-wise and generate electromagnetic noise containing lots of different frequencies from all the encoding (back then mostly amplitude and frequency modulation) This signal has to be saved magnetically on a tape and then read again from that tape. To create a copy you have to save the read signal again and every time you read the tape the signal gets worse and every saving loses some information too. That’s the limits of analog video technology. Later on in the 90-s they encoded the video signal digitally which also created electromagnetic noise signal which then was saved on a tape but after every reading this signal got decoded digitally and the lost of information can be very low this way. Every copy can have almost the same quality. Except after some time the tape will always get demagnetized and lose the information it once contained.
As for the bible ME I heard that the first time now. I may have some old English Gideon bible at home I brought from my trip in the USA back then in the 90-s. But I’m not a bible expert and don’t really know the contents by mind. Anyway, I’ll check what my bible contains. I’m sure there is no alternative reality or anything which can change our reality. We can’t get back from the death. There is no time travel. The Earth is a sphere and we don’t fly into space. It is easy to suggest something like that. You would need a way to reproduce the old bible contents somehow to be sure. Which IMO is not possible.

For me, it was “The Thinker” statue. No way was I mis- remembering the statue’s pose. Nor was George Bernard Shaw when he posed for a photo called “The Thinker” Whatever the ME actually is, I see it as a positive developement. It’a an indication that the negative trajectory humanity is currently following can change direction.

TV cameras could only broadcast live without any possibility to save what they broadcasted and without the possibility to use pre-saved material for broadcasting. They used conventional film material projected on canvases and TV cameras had to broadcast the projection. That way all old TV shows had been filmed and broadcasted. In the 70-s the quality of video recording became good enough to be used for TV. The stutter in that Eisenhower speech exists only digitally. Or can you show me some analog recording of that speech Allan? Anyway, it’s a stutter which does not make Eisenhower say different things. ME is a hoax, not a reality. It’s real in the meaning, that TPTB use it to create confusion and make people think their memories are not reliable or actually to make them think, the memories of others are not reliable. That is the main point in ME. A stutter in a digital recording is not good enough for a ME.
