I’m about to send the following, or some version thereof, to the local (NM) TV station, plus the photo embedded. I’m thinking of leaving out the Fauci info, which might scare them. (I’d bring it up on camera, of course.)
I’m hoping for a minor miracle: Going before a judge who is not one of them. (Maybe it would be a full-blown miracle.) I’ll accuse Fauci of treason and respectfully ask the judge to look at the evidence, which I would have handy.
Anyway, if a TV crew films the arrest, no editor is going to be able to make it look ‘right.’
A big disappointment is the people who own the RV camp. They claim to be true conservatives but they are afraid that my getting arrested at the state park will bring down the wrath of the State of New Mexico on them. Not only do they not support me, but I’ll no doubt have to leave once I’ve gone through with it. (I just had a talk about all this with a bunch of old and countrified Texas gals playing bridge at the camp office — they were my age, actually — all claiming to be true blue Americans, and not one of them said ‘good for you,’ or anything like it. You should have heard the bullshit they spouted about what ‘we’ can do: vote for Trump. Riiight!
This was a full page in Men’s Journal (I got the cover too) in 1997. They titled it ‘Surfing in Oz’ re the yellow brick road. (Got it with a radio-remote in my hand.)
I’ve found this fear of the government to be almost universal among the supposed ‘down to earth’ populace. Very sad. Lonely feeling. (I can’t even find someone to look after Gus while I’m in jail.)
Addendum: I believe it’s more than fear of actual consequences. I believe most people fear the very idea of of going up against the ‘established order.’ It’s a line they are loathe to cross, as it brings down their whole sense of… of cosmic security. Nothing is as they thought it was.
If this is all about COVID 19, why are the cops not actually wearing their masks? Also, as Logan mentioned in an email, now their COVID cooties are all over my driver’s license.

Yesterday I was stopped from walking into the park by a ranger who said I am not allowed b/c I’m from out of state. Given that I have paid for yearly access to camp in my RV and given that THAT right has been cancelled (by the governor, with no refund, just tough luck)…
A sidebar: Do you want to know how stupid it is to prevent RVers from using the state parks? Right now I’m crowded next to other RVs in a private park whereas in the state park I’d be 30 or more yards away. Get it? This is the tip of the ‘berg.
Anyway, when I was told that I could not go down to the lake (and given that no one was around other than two fishermen), I said to the Ranger: ‘Arrest me or leave me alone.’ I then walked my dog on the completely deserted lakeside path.
They left me alone. But a couple hours later the State Troopers came to my campsite. Long story short: they assured me that if I tried to walk my dog down by the lake again I would be arrested and jailed.
Sidebar: This is all about fighting COVID 19, right? Look at the attached photo of the Troopers. Notice that they are wearing their masks UNDER their mouths. Irony? Hypocrisy? You pick.

42 USC §1983 provides that every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress. [Right, it means I can sue the cops themselves.]
In other words, ‘I’m just following orders’ does not cut it, as well it shouldn’t.
I am hoping you’ll want to be there with a camera crew when they arrest me and I quote the above laws, among other official documents .
Sidebar: The folks who own this campground (next to the park) are from Texas and also cannot go to the lake. (For 8 years they have paid taxes and provided income in the area via their visitors.) They told me that the mayor of Angel Fire emailed people who are from out of state and renting (even in motels), telling them to leave the area. I’m also told that in the town of Ruidoso the cops are pulling over folks from out of state and telling them to leave the area. You should check on these issues; they are second hand, but I tend to believe them.
What’s going on in this country is beyond belief, although I have been predicting it in my (popular) blog for years. Someone has to stand up to the powers that be. Even if it’s just one of us at a time, doing the right thing.
By the way, I have documented, open source proof that Anthony Fauci paid millions to the Wuhan lab that is said to have engineered the COVID pathogen. This is not arguable. (I can show you proof that the engineering was also done at the U of N. Carolina Chapel Hill, with Fauci’s funding; the Chinese ‘Bat Woman’ scientist’s name is in the documents.) Giving ‘aide and comfort to the enemy’…. what does that amount to? Treason, maybe?
In a speech in 2017 Fauci said this: ‘I predict that there will be a SURPRISE (my emphasis) pandemic during the Trump years.’ (It’s on Youtube.) How could he know about a ‘surprise’ unless he was involved in creating it?
Aside from the Fauci evidence, I also have documented proof that the COVID was indeed a bio-engineered pathogen. Not arguable. Peer reviewed papers and testimony. Open source. (Why have we not heard about this via the media?)
Please let me know (by phone and email, please) if you want to cover this so we can coordinate. But one way or the other, I would appreciate your responding.

The state trooper photo reminds me of what I see around my big city. Cops AND firefighters driving in the same vehicle do not war masks most of the time. I spoke with some local fire guys a few months ago at the grocery store before the face diaper mandate from Gov. Grewson. None were weargin any masks when most people began wearing them. They told me they shop for food (as they do their own cooking) when they get on shift. 48hrs on and 48hrs off. None had any concern that they essentially live with 2 families under two households.
For California and Santa Clara County, they have some exeptions and I try to use them while out and about. For example, the exemption for the state says if you have health issues, you don’t have to wear them. The county states somethine similar and adds “You can remove your mask to address basic biological necessities like eating and drinking, or if you are suddenly short of breath and feel a need for more air. You should replace your mask as soon as possible if you have to remove it. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer both before and after handling your face covering.”
I use that now when people say to move it back over the nose. Seems like the lack of Oxygen might be the best course of action. As the mask is depriving you of an essential biological necessity (uh, like keeping you alive).

About a week ago, I witnessed such an incident. I was shopping in a local supermarket. Just as I was about to place my purchases on the counter, the female clerk at the checkout, suddenly ripped off her face mask and began panting rapidly, almost as though she’d just finished a wind sprint. She looked to be in excellent health and about 18-22 years-of-age (She was also gorgeous, yet another reason to ban these God-damned masks!)
Where was I….oh yeah….l watched her closely: Her entire attention seemed to be focused *internally*, as though she was scanning various areas of her physiology. This was quite evident from the tilt of her head, but especially the look in her eyes which seemed to be deeply focused on something I couldn’t detect (hence that interior scan l hinted at.)
Who knows how long she’d worn that F’ing mask by the time I made it up to the counter?

That study was for influenza, which is not the same as Covid-19, and actually is caused by an ever changing bunch of different viruses, each of which could have different levels of transmissibility.

Ok Allan, I’ll bite. I agree with Chris. I think the Cov is a real thing and that aerosol transmission is reduced by “face diapers”. I also think a mask is totally unnecessary outdoors and the crap that you are going through with the nazis is outrageous and criminal. I minimize my time indoors with others and wear an n95 mask when I have to. I’ve always been OCD about contact surfaces so this is easy for me.
