The road to where I am now…
Long silence, eh? A few of you have asked What’s up? and Am I all right?
First, been on the road for a bit, meandering south from the Dakotas, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and so forth (by god those names still have an almost mythic ring!) and am back at Alamo Lake, Arizona. Arrived here a bit little early in terms of weather (climate, actually); this is the low desert and is apt to be hot until November or so. There is almost literally no one here. I have a gorgeous view of the lake and the surrounding mountains with only a half dozen ‘works of man’ (RVs/trailers/shacks/etc.) visible, all very distant. And the temp is close to perfect, at least for the moment.
…which is back at Alamo for a few days.
But a little travel is no excuse for silence, not these days, with the dominoes falling as fast as they are.
Addendum: I had to detour (from rural two lane blacktop, my usual route of travel) to Phoenix to 1. Visit a f-ing Apple ‘Genius Bar’ about my f-ing MacBook, which crapped out (one week after the warranty ran out) and 2. Pick up a new drone at a UPS store. Otherwise I wouldn’t have gone near a city like Phoenix.

Number 2: I crashed and lost my old drone up in Montana due to carelessness. On the same day I ordered a refurbished DJI Mini from Amazon. Get this: it was $258, right? Truth is, I’m so disgusted that I didn’t know where to start or what to write about, and anyway, what would be the point? If you’re reading this you’re almost certainly already… aware… and with each post on average I lose two subscribers, no matter what I write about. It’s only the occasional gesture like Jason’s (the $250 when I needed it) that keeps me from throwing in the towel with this f-ing blog.
I know how smart most of you are but I still wonder if you’re aware of how seriously bad things are. I mean I knew all this was coming, have known for over a decade, but I am still astounded at the speed at which the dominoes are falling…
I’m getting fond of these long shutter speed nature-abstracts.
An important way to know how bad things are is to keep an eye on the MSM, including Fox, which is the main/mainstream controlled opposition. You may think you’re above it but odds are you are not. You really have to pay attention to the current lies and, more importantly, the current misdirections, to understand where they are going with all this.
And with the misdirections, the levels, the levels, folks!, and how those levels go unnoticed.
As I say and have to say again, it’s the ‘alt media’ that is the real key, being the more covert version of controlled op. Notice how all of them (the MSM/alt media) — even when they are supposedly against vaccine/mask mandates — do not go near the real and present danger, i.e., the vaccine jab itself.
‘Conservatives’ like Dave Rubin (The Rubin Report) and (on a higher level) Tucker Carlson are the most dangerous of the media (MSM and alt media, respectively), for how they sound so reasonable, at least compared to any Dem you want to choose. They got the vaccine (they say), but for you it’s a matter of choice. Anyone who tries to tell you that the jab is a matter of choice is in effect out to kill/seriously damage you. The jab is not a matter of choice, any more than is a try at Russian roulette.
Speaking of Tucker Carlson — how careful you have to be in listening to him — last night he exposed an amusing yet frightening bit of Orwellian business from good old NBC. First he showed a handful of packed sports stadiums from this past Sunday’s games, the crowds chanting ‘Fuck Joe Biden!!!’, Tucker, with tongue firmly in cheek, blaming ‘Russian disinformation’ for making you think the fans were chanting anything other than love for Joe Biden.

Then it got better as Tucker cut to NBC coverage of a NASCAR event wherein the fans were clearly bellowing the same chant, ‘FUCK Joe Biden!’ in the background while an NBC stooge was interviewing a driver named Brandon. The stooge was obviously embarrassed at the fan’s anti-Joe treasonosity, so she informed us that the chant was actually ‘Let’s go Brandon!’.

You really have to see/hear it. You can skip to about 4:20 minutes but I urge you to view the first few minutes as well, wherein you get the other stadium chants plus the MSM (aside from Fox) claiming that the Southwest Airlines work stoppage was due to ‘weather’, not a walk-out in defiance of Biden’s vaccine mandate. Amusing, frightening, and yes, Orwellian.
How are these MSM antics different from the scene in 1984 wherein a rally organizer switches from Eastasia to Eurasia (or is it the other way around?) as the enemy in a nanosecond, and without missing a beat.
There is something wildly humorous about hearing lies this blatant, the feeling of superiority that comes with seeing the lies, and the liar, for what they are, as if the idiots thinks they can get away with it… but this is… different… this isn’t some ex-frat brother fool, this is what’s now passing for Thomas Jefferson’s ‘free press’, without which no democracy can survive.
Has any alt media outlet told you there is no test for the ‘Delta Variant’? (Which means THERE IS NO DELTA VARIANT!) Let me know if you come across one. It might mean they are not part of the problem.

Tucker Carlson and/or (for I’m not sure Tucker himself ‘gets’ his actual job) his controlled opposition bosses at Fox, with this exposé of their NBC colleagues’ hilarious lies — nudge nudge, you and Tucker and Fox are all in this together, right? — are telling us we can trust them, then they fail at some real truth telling, like about the fraudulent pandemic, the deadliness of the vaccines, and so forth and so on, and on and on.
The real danger in mis/disinformation is in those outlets that try to earn your trust with half or unimportant truths, and how it’s your god-given right to refuse a vaccine jab, when the deeper truth is that the jab will likely kill you.
(Rand Paul, plus his dad, are both doctors. Why don’t they mention the vaccine death numbers? Why do you have to hear about them from an escapee from this blog?)

My friend that just got out of the hospital and was told he had covid (which seemed just like the flu he had
3 yrs ago..(!) asked why they kept taking his blood. He was told that “since you had Covid and are now in recovery, your blood has antibodies in it and we are taking it to make Serums out of it to save other people.”
When I was in the hospital, they took so much blood I don’t know how I have any left! One day a nurse came in and started to take more blood and I protested and hid my black and blue arms. If I May so rudely take the assumption that you, like me, grew up as what could be called leftist-leaning, what in your view is the Turning Point, since the ‘60s, when the left literally (I think “Literal Zombies” actually remains the more scalding term against them, btw) became the new Communism. As in Stalinism, say. Does it appear to be a consequence (from God) of accepting moral criminals of the Clinton caliber in the early ‘90s. (He stands out for the first time I can remember sheer moral outrage – not jealousy that he was such a “cool” saxophone player! – being expressed by some of the men in my family.) My take is that the “hippies” of the ‘60s would be utterly stunned by what is goin’ on today – if they had a time capsule view then. Yeah, I am the guy who posted the link to his work here in the first place. I really enjoyed his unique concept of JC on a Bike. It was long enough to be informative, short enough to not be a huge commitment of time, and always entertaining with the unpredictability of actually riding a bike through city traffic.
Unfortunately, he very quickly lost his way format-wise and has devolved into long-winded monologues that only ever go so far as to peel back the first layer of the onion, so-to-speak. As Allan is pointing out here the lies are just layered one on top of the other.
While I appreciate that he is putting himself out there in an on-line forum and has predictably paid a price for it professionally, he needs to tighten up and dig deeper.

I know you’ve experienced it too, be it writing, surfing, or taking pics…when the muse hands you a gift and it just flows…the words come from somewhere else and go thru you, and your scribbling as fast as you can. It don’t happen often, but that tune was one of them.
You look at it later and wonder ‘who the hell did that?’…it’s like my mind was temporarily taken over by a real songwriter or something. 🙂

i get yr point (the corrupt and cynical directive-following by our talking heads), but there is this difference: in Orwell the organizer expects the audience he is riling up to follow full-heartedly the latest absurd permutation in official policy — and it seems that, except for Winston, and presumably Julia, they all do so. The NBC stooge is trying to contain a racetrack full of exuberant Winstons and Julias, trying to misreport them to the Oceanian viewership, which is very likely to be composed of more Winstons and Julias.

Right again. But -hey- at the Hate rally in part 2 chapter 9 Winston has yet to read Emmanuel Goldstein’s book. He is just a naughty diary keeper, having illicit sex in the workers’ quarter. He has little to go on except his profound dissatisfaction and his God-given ability to put two and two together.
And when Winston does read Goldstein (also part 2 chapter 9), he will find the man compelling, not having the faintest fucking idea about Controlled Opposition.
