(Note: sorry about the formatting glitches) I spent several hours yesterday editing the Ike speech to see if I could reproduce the effect we are looking at: I wanted to find out which version was the ‘base’, the one Ike actually ‘did’. (The scare quotes are because at this point we don’t really know anything about what’s going on.)
I found it was not difficult to take out the stutter, but adding a stutter is beyond my abilities. (My current view/guess is that the stutter was ‘added’ some time ‘after’ the speech, since everyone says the stutter is new; and I am sure it was not there before.)
I’ll add some stills I did in the last few days. I like this one. I’m doing a time lapse on the other camera. This is a 30 sec exposure so Gus had to stay still too. Good dog.
My Mac crashed before I saved the work and I don’t have the patience to go back and do it again. But all I found out, really, is the above. Thing is, if we can show that someone could have changed it later via editing does not prove that nothing spooky is going on. I say this because the consensus is overwhelming that there was no stutter until recently.

1) I’ve archived a number of versions too Allan. I find this fascinating. You’re not alone. Its strikes me, along with other possible explanations, a lot like the way crop circles appear quite suddenly, fully formed, almost overnight in that a “technology” creates some reality that we humans really have no way to explain. The temptation to doublethink such things becomes the defence mechanism of choice. But still, the high weirdness of such events stays in our brains at some level and, if we hit critical mass as a species, maybe our collective bs detectors will kick in and somehow these events get revealed. Are these cosmic jokers just playing with us?, humans with secret technologies showing off?, lapses of memory by the human collective?, (that one, as you point out is doubtful/impossible), an army of CIA peons flipping the internet?, (no), the simulation?
2) Well put. As I say, it comes back to memory, since in this case the ‘residues’ could have a ‘rational’ explanation (although the odds that everyone ‘forgot’ that they have heard the stutter before are close to zero). Even though I KNOW the ME is a real case of strangeness, I can’t help but assume that the archived clips will not change. This is my own ‘rational’ doubt surfacing… But truly, if even one changes… wow… altho no one who denies it now will change their mind… I hope I’m wrong on this but I can already hear the cries of ‘You made a mistake in archiving and no one noticed!’

For me, the biblical changes are the best proof, via the sheer number of copies that had to be altered (and some of them are hundreds of years old). The lion and lamb bit. This is proof that it’s not a psyop, not by human spooks. Some of the biblical changes also indicate a sort of evil sense of humor, which is an important clue re the nature of the process. This is important in that it rules out ‘random’ explanations.

Clearly, ‘when’ the person made the page, the line was the ‘old’ ‘is’. The YT video is from 2011, so the page was made ‘after’ that (does anyone know how to check on the date of the page?).

But I know for sure satellites like GPS and Galileo do not orbit Earth. I’d love to know how you know. It is all based on Earth, using ground stations, the signal is reflected from the ionosphere. You phone or navigation has been receiving complete informations how to compute alleged satellites position (ephemeirs). I consulted the functionality with insiders. I find it difficult to believe that ground stations could explain all the GPS uses, and how accurate it is. (Although I don’t rule out satellites being a fraud.)

explained, or at least explained differently. I’ve heard this before but no one who says this gets specific. How do you explain my ‘Sex in the City’ video? All those people misspoke in various awards shows? Or ‘Dolly’s braces.’ Any one of these is maybe explicable, but not all of them taken together. A good writer would never have written ‘No, I am your father’, since it is unclear what the ‘No’ refers to. Same with ‘Life is/was like a box of chocolates’; a good writer, let alone a brilliant one (as in this case), would never mix tenses in a scene of this import. I could go on, but the fact that all the movie ‘changes’ are ‘mistakes’ is a dead giveaway that we are remembering it correctly, and a change has been made. (Christ, Mister Rogers singing ‘this neighborhood’ is impossible.)
BTW, I realized that you already made your mind regarding star visibility in outer space. Despite of fact that I heard only one argument from you, which is better star visibility in higher altitude/below thinner atmosphere. I have no idea what you’re talking about here.

8) I can’t help thinking the ME is a natural phenomenon , caused by jumping timelines and noticed by people who are paying attention . 8) Physics relates to physical world. Mathematics serves as an abstract tool. In mathematics you can buy 5 apples, than give 7 apples to someone, than buy another 2 apples and left with 0 apples. It is not possible in real physical world.
Time is an abstraction derived from movement/changes in physical world. It does not exist (alone).
Physicists should research observable physical world and than (hey, it’s ‘then’ not ‘than’!) make mathematical abstractions form observation. But they often do the opposite. They propose mathematical theories and try to apply them to the physical world (time travel is nice example). It is… utter nonsence (sic).
9) Allan, ‘Eisenhower’s farewell address’ ME solved. We can go back and look at your comment but it is not solved. You don’t explain the memory problem. How did we all forget seeing/hearing the ‘new’ version with the stutter?
11) Excellent catch Allan. Could be evidence of a staged “live” broadcast with the laterday circulation of a stutter cut as suggested above or another example of the mandala effect. 14) Yes. Your first possibility is unlikely because everyone seems to agree (it’s early yet on the tally) that they had not seen the stutter before. This is key. Yet there appear to be almost twice as many stutter-versions on YT. It will always come back to this, until we find that one or more of my archived non-stutter clips has turned into a stutter-clip. This is one reason why I put up the videos. (I put up two versions, one with the two clips separated, one with them alternating.)
I also say in this comment that the ME is consistent with Simulation Theory (as are the moon numbers and other phenomena).
15) And yes, I am curious to find out why the writer or editor of your Bible copy is using TABLES (I don’t & wont keep a copy). You are missing the point. The changes are happening in copies that already existed. ‘Editors’ (as in Publisher’s) have nothing to do with it.
When I type ‘stone TABLES bible’ into google, it says > “Did you mean: stone tablets bible” ?…..and there are 78million “hits” for TABLETS, and hardly any TABLES to be seen. This is very significant!
If I was Bible crazy, I would contact the editor, and ask why tablets had been changed to TABLES. Again, you are not thinking here. Again: The changes are happening in copies that already existed.

Someone just emailed me about looking into the ‘Life is/was like a box…’ issue. Here’s my reply (I’m repeating myself but with some of you this seems necessary):
Grammatically speaking, ‘was’ is technically acceptable, but as a writer who was paid a lot of money to write dialog I assure you that a writer would never weaken the idea by using the past tense. Same goes with ‘No, I am your father,’ which is clearly bad writing (the ‘No’ version) since the preceding line was ‘Obi Wan told me you killed my father.’ By replying ‘No,’ we can’t tell if he is denying that Obi Wan told Luke that or that Darth didn’t kill his father. It’s subtly confusing and would not make it into a movie by someone like Lucas.
This is the way it is with virtually all the ‘new’ movie lines — they are bad writing. This tells me that an ‘original’ has been changed, and it’s not a random process. (The Bible stuff doubly proves this.) I’d love to know what the filmmakers really think about this (as opposed to what they would say publicly).
I remember Watto from Star Wars speaking with a Jewish accent in the Phantom Menace. That was when I saw it in theater. On DVD the accent was already gone. I remember it because I got angry.
There are many alternative endings for many movies on many DVD’s. That means, there always is additional material which can be used to later alter a movie. A writer can write one thing in the script and the actor can then say it differently. Maybe Tom Hanks mistakenly said “was” instead of “is” on some takes. Or maybe he sounds like “was” where he actually says “is. He’s not a clean speaker. I only remember “Sex and the city”. The “in” version would be inappropriate IMO and I would remember it. I remember “No, I am your father” from watching the movie on VHS in the late 80-s. DV is contradicting Luke in the dialog. Why is that bad English? And why should DV tell Luke, Obi Wan didn’t tell him he killed his father? Oh, maybe because it was a ME in the movie. To make Luke think, his memories are not reliable. lol.

Try this… I was a technical editor for a big military industrial complex perched right outside the largest maintenance facility for airplanes in the country. (Tinker OK) I sat with programmers many times who were trying to figure out how to eliminate my job by having algorithms check the copy from writers.
I asked the head programmer (kneepads) how we could change publications already written if there were no editors.
He told me there is no limitation in the quantum realm so if they could find a way to insert the data (ghost) into the machines, the machines might figure out how to change them in the past.
Now, he actually had a freaking schematic so I knew they were serious about trying.
I worked for Boeing, for Northrup Grumman, for ARINC and a couple others you might or might not recognize… they ALL were very interested in how to make changes to data without actually “touching” the books.
That was the way it was explained to me… they wanted to be able to update the technical manuals and correct errors or add data without touching them in real time.
Now, me and my co-workers (three staff editors (I was the lead) on site (a dozen writers) but a team in Seattle that could not be matched for grasp of how word processing works).
So, I thought the guy was just a looney tune egghead discussing theories about time and space because he thought I was cute. Which I was. But, I’m beginning to wonder if they really weren’t trying to figure out a way to send DATA back in time.
So that the pages now have different words leading to different interpretations.

I tell ya what I have noticed these days – zero increase in the number of moving star lights in the night sky – which we are told are Satellites.
In fact, they are harder to find than ever before. Once upon a time, you would find one within a minute of looking every time.

So what I found? There are allegedly two segments of Galileo, ground stations and satellites. Graund segment i.e. ground stations allegedly track satellites orbits and create so called ephemeris (it looked strange to me in the beginning because I expected satellites count its own position from groung signals, which would be much easier and much more reliable). Ephemeris is something like vector expression of a satellite orbit with informations about exact positions in exact times. Any position between these defined positions has to be calculated. Ground segment allegedly upload updated ephemeris several times per hour to the satellites. Satellites allegedly works mostly like a repeaters (do not count their positions) and only send ephemeris back to the ground to end devices (navigation, mobiles). Chip in your device do not receive exact time of sending from satellite as falsely showed in video linked above. It receives ephmeris (simplification here) and some other data from which it counts alleged satelite position! And from calculated satellites positions device counts its own position. There are of course algorthms to compensate deviations such as compensation for not so exact time in your device, alleged passage through ionosphere (more likely reflection) etc. So as you maybe guess, satellites are completely redundant as signal transmiters. Gground segment is perfectly capable of transmitting navigation signals.

There are allegedly satellites thousands of kilometers away from Earth, but not one video, no time-lapse and no picture of Earth from such a distance what so ever. It is like going to Egypt to see pyramids and come back with pictures of Sahara and camels. It looks not possible to go there and take a picture. To me it is the biggest blunder in propaganda matrix we are living in.

In the three video versions I’ve posted, the thumbs ups (which mean they agree that the stutter is new) are running about 90%, versus 10% thumbs down. Only one person has said he saw the stutter before. One doesn’t count since it’s not someone I can vouch for. (So we go by percentages.) Given that someone like Marion would give a thumbs down b/c she is in denial, we can safely subtract at least one thumbs down from each video.
There is no reason — or certainly less reason — to lie and say you don’t recall the stutter if that is not the case. Given that there are now more stutter versions than non on YT, the numerical odds that this is NOT new are very slim. Do I have to explain the logic here?

I am not a native speaker nor I want to convince anybody, but I can hear something like ‘wis’. Something between “was” and “is”. In my opinion the sentence does make sense with ‘is’. BTW YouTube continously recompress their videos with insanely strong lossy compression. Nobody sane should seach for sound proof/disproof in 9 years old video on YouTube. A music clip with great audio is suffering to listen after 5 years. Looking to fingers of somebody playing guitar tutorial can be real challange because some movements are completely missing.

Can you confirm what version came into existence first? A version with the stutter or without it? It could be quite tricky after 60 years, I suppose.
I see two basic possibilities:
a) the speach recorded WITH stutter(s) and at least one them edited out (definitelly proven by my audio and video analysis)
b) the speach recorded WITHOUT stutter(s) and after nearly 60 years some spooky force add stutter(s) and physically manipulate audio files, even in Presidential library. It can be done but it’s far more difficult as you experienced yourself.

So such an archive must be _extremely_ reliable and credible, right? Otherwise a prove would be doubtful.
In such a case you should archive it on at least three reliable media, on at least three safe places. Media should have reliable fully encrypted filesystem (Ext4 with LUKS would be fine). You have to generate checksums using strong 512 bits algorithm and control them periodically. To access your backup media you should use so called ‘data blocker’ to ensure read only access. Last but not least you should use trustworthy computer (no proprierary BIOS/UEFI, no proprierary operating system, no fatal hardware backdoors like Intel ME, certainly disconnected from network)

A pondering on response #7: Time may (or may not) be derived from motion yet it is only one measure of experience. Space and place are other ‘bookmarks – think x, y and z – of the experience we carry as a collective and in the personal. They are most notable in the extremes – trauma and epiphany – and we carry them with us wherever we go from day to day and sometimes from one lifetime into another. They (the extremes, at least) are living, breathing entities.
By repeatedly re-living the time, space and place of their traumas (personal or collective) many people time travel each day. My point is time lines are a very real thing and ‘other timelines’ refers to a set of x, y and z coordinates other than the present. Kicker is they are malleable based on the choices made: if a new choice is made in the experience (or re-experience) of a ‘bookmark’, the timeline is henceforth changed.
And – this occurred to me while typing – what a perfect way to mark a way point, or ‘bookmark’ than an event on the collective scale such as 9/11, Hiroshima, etc false flag or not…

What helped solidify ME as being a real deal for me was based on my own personal experiences, such as the VW symbol, Dolly’s braces, “Luke, I’m your father”.

True story…I was at church a couple of weeks ago when my pastor was reading the Christmas Story from the Bible and kept stumbling on the word “cloths” (Luke 2:7 and 2:12). Both times he came to that word he initially said “clothes” as in “swaddling clothes.” I was following along and noticed the first time he said clothes when the actual word was cloths (as I was reading along), but I don’t know why I noticed because “clothes” sounded like it should have been the right word. In fact, I’ve never ever heard the term “swaddling cloths” used before, except that it does seem to make a little more sense than “swaddling clothes,” yet swaddling clothes is what I have heard and said my whole life when referring to the birth of Jesus as described in the New Testament of the Bible.
