The three roadies are from last night (a Love’s Truck Stop, where I talked to the trucker), the shack is at the intersection of The Loneliest Road (Rt. 50) and The Hard Ride (Rt. 93).
Hey, all, I am on the Hard Ride of Route 93 headed south — I did my photo-forensics at the Big 4 brothel in Ely, Nevada, got an exact dupe of the Nat Geo photo. You’ll have to wait for the book to find out what’s real in that one.
Last night I was blabbing with a long hauler (who was delivering a ‘communications shack’ to NASA), an extra-wide load with a security escort and so on. Very knowledgeable guy. Told me that soon they are going to start rationing diesel. If true, and he got it from an insider, this is very bad news, as anything you can name gets where it’s going at some point via diesel. FYI.
Other thing (for now) is one more podcast by Randall Carlson, this one listing the extreme weather since about the 15th century. A real mind bender and a sort of coup de grace for the climate alarmists. Here it is.
I’ll be back in touch from the desert down south; I have a spot in mind for the winter, where I will finish the book.
